Generally, those who have suffered as the result of a form of employment discrimination can recover back pay, front pay (pay for a period of time after termination of employment or wrongful failure to hire), damages for actual out-of-pocket losses and in some cases damages for various forms of emotional distress and reimbursement for attorney's fees.
